Early detection of problems

Using BIM modeling, we were able to identify several critical errors in the 2D drawings. In particular, the following problems were identified:
● Incorrect location of engineering systems: in the drawings, engineering systems (water supply, ventilation, electricity) were placed without taking into account their actual installation dimensions, which could lead to numerous conflicts between them.
● Structural miscalculations: modeling of concrete structures and reinforcement with their detailed quantitative miscalculation allowed us to qualitatively verify design solutions and optimize them.
● Incorrect dimensions of the holes in the walls and their number, which could lead to the need to cut new holes in the finished walls.
